About Me
You're about to dive into the wonderful world of home ownership and you are going to need a mortgage. It's a big deal, right? But let's be real, it can feel a bit daunting and you don’t know where you should start.

Here is the secret! You don’t need to know a thing about mortgages, you just need to know who you can trust and that’s where I come in.

I'm like your personal GPS through the mortgage process which is why I call myself Your Home Loan Guide. I'm a mortgage broker with C2 Financial Corporation, who by the way, was voted the top mortgage broker in the US.

What does this mean for you? Well, I've got access to over 100+ wholesale lenders and thousands of different mortgage programs, so you can bet I have options for you!

Whether you're a newbie to home loans or a seasoned pro, I'm all about making the mortgage process simple, smart, and super transparent. And though I can (and do) help with any kind of mortgage, I have a soft spot for and advanced training in VA Home Loans, First Time Homebuyers, and Self Employed borrowers.

But why work with me? Here's the thing, I believe that getting a mortgage should be straightforward and not a guessing game. No smoke and mirrors, just clear, honest advice. I'm here to answer your questions, guide you through the twists and turns, and make sure you're getting a mortgage that fits your specific situation.

Having started in the industry in 1998, I have many years of experience. During that time, I have worked for a bank, a correspondent lender, and now I work as a mortgage broker. To many buyers, the difference is unclear, so let me explain just briefly. When you go to a bank, you only have the options that the particular bank can offer and a correspondent lender is sort of a middle man which can add time and fees. I now work in the wholesale channel as a broker and work for you, not any particular bank or lender. I have access to and shop over 100 lenders to see who is the best fit for you. Some lenders favor different programs over others so you can see how having these options can be advantageous.

If you are ready to start your home-buying adventure, reach out to me! Maybe you want a free payment quote, or you just have some mortgage questions you'd like to chat about. Let me know. It's not about sales pitches here, it's about having genuine, helpful conversations. So let's talk mortgages…the easy and honest way. I can’t wait to be Your Home Loan Guide!

There are a lot of financing options ‐ let's find the right one for you.
