I am genuinely excited by the advantages, options, and most importantly, benefits offered with the Reverse Mortgage program. It is truly a life enhancing and sometimes life-changing program, and one that I am proud to be able to not only offer, but to specialize in. I've learned that this cannot simply be just another loan program "offering" included in a menu of loan programs a lender can provide. To truly be able to properly serve those who want and/or need this program, a high level of time commitment and dedication to fully learning and understanding it is required. In other words, it is not a program to simply dabble in.

I can tell you firsthand, there is nothing more rewarding than to be able to help improve, often substantially, the quality of life of so many, or easing the minds of seniors by helping them prepare for any potential life events that might come their way later, while also easing the concerns and burdens of their families. It is incredibly rewarding.

I moved to the Tucson, Arizona community of Oro Valley, in 2022 with my wife Debbie, who I love dearly, and our dog Phoebe. The decision to move here was actually made long ago - even if I wasn't fully Wew of it at the time. Debbie had lived here previously (and fell in love with it), and this is where I asked her to marry me. So, it holds a very special place in our lives and in our hearts. This is my home now - my "new frontier", if you like - and I love it here!

When I am not providing mortgage financing, I enjoy watching sporting events, going to concerts, live shows, and movies, traveling (is there any vacation better than a cruise? I think not!!) and - yes - eating! And we certainly do have some great food establishments here in the Catalina mountain region!
