About Me
Since 1991 I have been advising real estate investors on the most appropriate loan products for their transactions...for purchasing, refinancing, and recapitlizing. I have experience in arranging loans for all types of real estate, from single family homes to fourplexes and large apartment buildings, to hotels, self storage facilities, industrial properties, and other investment grade properties. Loan products are like tools in the toolchest - there are many different types of loans and sources of capital - Government Sponsored Entities(GSA's) like FNMA, HUD, etc), Life nsurance Companies, CMBS (Wall Street), and Private Lenders with 'discretionary capital.' The right one depends on the job to be done (purchase, rehab, construction, fix and flip) and the mission to be accomplished (time frame, exit, etc). For over 30 years, thousands of clients have put their trust in me to help them reach their financial goals.. I look forward to assisting you in your financial journey.

There are a lot of financing options ‐ let's find the right one for you.

Whether you are looking to buy, refinance, or grow your real estate portfolio, we've got you covered with the right loan products to fit your needs.
