About Me
Serving over 36 years as a mortgage lending professional in Southern California. I have provided traditional, government and private money loans for the purchase and refinance of residential properties to both homeowner and investor clients. I am a native San Diegan, wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 10.

I became a specialist in reverse mortgages because it became personal – my mom was faced with a dilemma when dad had a series of strokes and required expensive 24 hour care. Either they sold their home to pay for his care in a nursing facility or use the benefit of a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), which provided a line of credit to pay the monthly fee. Her Reverse Mortgage paid for Dad's care and allowed Mom to remain in our family home. When Dad passed away a year later the HECM cash payments were no longer necessary. We stopped the monthly draw until 7 years later when Mom needed the HECM line of credit to pay for her live-in caregiver. We designed her HECM to preserve equity and provide cash when she needed it – it did both! When she passed away at age 93 there was enough equity remaining when we sold the house to provide my sisters and I with the legacy our parents had wished for their daughters.

It is my mission to provide older American homeowners the opportunity to receive the benefits of a reverse mortgage. With the purpose to give them financial flexibility to enjoy the lifestyle they choose, stretch the longevity of their assets and allow them to live out the remainder of their years in their own homes.
