James have been orginating mortgage loans since 1982. He has originated and funded over $750 million during his career. He has brokered and funded a variety of loan requests from first-time homebuyer transactions to muti-million dollar commercial requests. James is personally licensed through the NMLS and approved in the following states, California, Nevada, and now Florida for conventional residential loan requests. Additionally, he can originate and fund a variety of commercially regulated loans (shopping centers, industrial, multi-family/apartment buildings, office buildings, churches, hotels/motels, warehouse) virtually nationwide.

James many years of experience and subsequent expert knowledge level of underwrting guidelines has artibuted to his industry leading closing ratio over the lears. He is known as a Jumbo Loan Specialist. He understands and can underwrite complex high earning clients loan requests as well as the often challenging self-employed clients.
