About Me
I have been in the loan business for almost 40 years, the majority of which has been working directly with borrowers through loan origination. With an initial background in loan processing, underwriting, and wholesale loan sales, I am uniquely qualified in understanding guidelines and have committed myself to be your single point of contact on all phases of your transaction- thus I will always be up-to-date on your loan status and available to answer questions throughout the process. In 2021, United Wholesale Mortgage, the largest wholesale only mortgage lender in the United States, awarded me the elite recognition of being in the company of the top 175 fastest closing originators. MY PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe that each borrower has a story—the story of where they've been and where they want to be. One of their greatest financial decisions in life is property ownership, and helping them to match the right kind of loan for their future goals is a passion of mine. Whether purchasing a new home, or refinancing an existing property to pay off debts, start a business, or purchase another property, the possibilities can be overwhelming. I'm here to make that process simpler and less intimidating.

I feel each borrower should be educated about the loan process so that they are equipped to do this multiple times in their life without the risk of being taken advantage of or given a loan by someone with minimal experience.

I also believe that each borrower should have a full understanding of the use of equity, as well as the cost-versus-return of interest rates and payments. (The lowest rate is not always the most financially wise decision.) Transparency is a must in this industry and I practice that philosophy.
