Troy Martin was born and raised in Southern California. He has worked in real estate finance for about 20 years and has a degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Troy has worked on both the Retail and Wholesale side of the mortgage business and he believes he can better serve his clients on the wholesale side as a Broker. As a broker he has access to literally hundreds of lenders so not only is he super competitive on rates and fees he’s also the go to lender when a client needs a more creative option for a complicated situation in their finances.
Besides all of his advance certifications as a Mortgage Professional he has also had experience as a Continuing Education Provider for both the Certified Financial Planners Board, and the California Association of Realtors.
On a more personal note… Troy is a single dad with 2 wonderful children.
He loves spending time with his kids and seeks out adventures for them to share in as much as possible. When you get to know Troy better you’ll realize VERY quickly that there is never a dull moment in the Martin household.
