Rick Frandsen may be a new face at C2 Financial Corp but he has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly 26 years, originating loans for over 19 years as a loan officer at Englewood Mortgage (now First Western Trust Bank).

He’s done a lot of VA loans - “for every single vet I work really hard to keep the closing costs as low as possible. I feel like I owe it to them to hit it out of the park because they have given up so much. I think every veteran should have the right to own a house. I want to give back to them.
Jumbo loan clients have even more options than a conforming loan client. They are more likely to look at something more creative and that’s a really big deal for me. It can be just as tricky when you are talking about credit scores and reserves and it gives me an opportunity to provide a different kind of service.
