Born in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles, Larry Merton graduated from California State University, Northridge with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing.
Larry has been licensed as an agent with the California DRE since 1988, and as a licensed Broker since 2000. Larry was the Owner and President of Western Pacific Mortgage Corp. from 1993 until after the Great Recession in 2009. He is currently a Broker and Loan Officer with C2 Financial Corporation, one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the United States with close to a hundred lenders that he can choose from, in order to choose the very best product to suit his client’s needs. Larry specializes in representing his clients in financing homes and income properties throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. He truly loves this area and prides himself on his extensive experience providing financing for every kind of client, from first time home buyers with limited down payments to wealthy owners and buyers of million dollar properties.
